Jon is survived by his mother, Gemma Beaulieu, sister, Crystal Beaulieu, and many others who also love him dearly.
Visitation will be from 10-10:45am on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at Crossroads Fellowship, 2721 E. Millbrook Road, Raleigh, immediately followed by a service at 11am. A reception will be held at the church after the service.
