She was born to Victor Gibbs (father) and Bertha Gibbs (mother) in Richmond Virginia. She was married to her late husband Harry Wilson Brown Jr, and is survived by her only son Wilson Morris Brown.
Her son, church family of Holy Trinity Anglican Church, and two dogs Sam and Luna made up the entirety of her life. June was a very proud member of the Republican party and very active in her local chapter. She also worked for Carter Glass Insurance for 20+ years, until she was 87 years old. She will be remembered for her kind and generous spirit, her strong will and her ability to know no stranger. She will be deeply missed.
Funeral services will be held at Holy Trinity Anglican Church on Monday, February 7. 2022 at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers please send donations to Holy Trinity Anglican Church.
