Aunt Louise was a remarkably warm, positive and gracious woman; she reminded me so much of her mother whom Wendy and I called "Mama" (pronounced MaMah); it is striking that Aunt Louise and our father, Roy, were each other's only sibling since they were so very different: I loved my father dearly, but he tended to worry; he had a sharp temper; he was very private; a bit of an intellectual; he seemingly distanced himself from his southern roots while Aunt Louise was always the outgoing and friendly southern belle, full of charm and warmth. She smiled and laughed so easily and was always so interested in what her extended family members were up to. Her PMA (positive mental attititude) was remarkable and contagious: she set the standard which we all should try to achieve! I will miss Aunt Louise enormously, but never forget her! Copey Coppedge

She will be sadly missed. I hope that all of us could have just a little of her graciousness.
