It was life changing when I met Mary in l976. We completed nursing school together and
over 42 years, Mary, the late Johnny Etheridge, Sherwood Lee and I bonded and supported and loved each other. Mary was known for her persistence in pursuing her ideas and dreams. She was devoted to God, family and friends. If you were her friend, you were like family. And she would even adopt each of our families as family. It is reassuring to know that she is with Myrick again. She adored her grandchildren and greatchildren and will be waiting at the pearly gates
to greet us all with a smile one day. So long for now and see you then Mary!
