We have nothing but warm, happy, and enduring memories of Ruth. She was our friend and art mentor and we will be forever grateful for her kindness and friendship that she always gave us. Ruth always wanted to know what we were doing and where we were going. She loved it when we would go to Vegas. She always knew that she would be a winner upon our return. Ruth introduced us into the joys of art collecting and we look around the house and have many memories of her.

To the Green Family - You were blessed in so many ways. Know that all of you are in our thoughts and prayers. Thank you for sharing your mother with all of us.

Raleigh Little Theatre was blessed to have Ruth's charm and talent for a number of years. Her presence at the Little Art Gallery will be sorely missed; however, her legacy will continue. My deepest condolences to Ruth's family.

From theatre, to art, to diabetic care - Ruth remains one of my balcony people - cheering me on and making me feel special. She is remembered and lives on in my spirit.

So sorry for your loss. What a good long life Ruth enjoyed. So many cannot say the same. She was one of those the Bible call especially strong. Ps. 90:10

Your mother was a lovely person inside and out. May you find comfort with family and friends.

This is from Eric Ennis. He asked me to write and commented that Ruth had always been so good to him.

His thoughts are with you.

Rosanne,

I have such fond memories of Ruth and knew your dad Nat. She always made people feel important. I worked with her in the accounting office and also bought pictures from "The Little Art Gallery." You have been blessed to have had her for so many years. God be with you in your sorrow.

I will always remember Ruth.I would hang out at her gallery in North Hills and she gave me a chance to show. She gave many people support over the years and will be greatly missed.

She was also fun and had a great laugh.

To her family, I am so sorry for your loss.

Rosanne and Doug- Dave and I are very sorry for your loss. I heard such wonderful things about Ruth from so many people. Sorry we cannot be at the service as we are out of town. I know it will be lovely!

You are in our thoughts and prayers. Roger Spears and family.

I was new in town and I was invited to a Pesach Dinner at her home. It was a family affair with friends. The few years that I lived in the area I was always invited to the Pesach Dinner. Ruth was generous with her humor and smiles. There aren't enough good adjectives to describe Ruth.

We send our deepest sympathies and condolences. We know only the very special, most worthy and diligent souls are taken from our community. We hope that your sadness will soon be lifted by the thoughts of her life.Sincerely,Lorraine S. And family.

I learned so much from Ruth--how to support creative people (not an easy task); how not to suffer fools but still remain loved; how to exude warmth, love, intelligence while listening to the ideas and hopes of others. I will remember my whole life.
