Ruth was born in New Haven, CT, daughter of Raymond and Mae Wilson. Ruth served in the Air Force and retired from Wake Medical Center as Payroll Manager in 1992.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mike’s dad, Max Kelly, brother, Raymond Jr., brother-in-law, James Kelly.
She is survived by her son, Mike Kelly of Raleigh, her brother, Richard Wilson of Clinton, CT, brother-in-law, RP Kelly of Raleigh, sister-in-law, Helen Kelly of Raleigh, and all of her nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at Brown Wynne Funeral Home on Millbrook Road, Tuesday, May 31, from 6pm to 8pm.
A family burial will be held at Raleigh Memorial Park on Glenwood Avenue on June 1st.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice Center of Wake County.
