He was born February 19, 1941 in New Bern, NC to the late Thomas Neil and Eloise Maultsby.
Terry is survived by his wife, Ann ,his sister Martha Sasser his daughters’ Lauren & Hailey Maultsby and son Wesley Peyton. Also two step-sons, Paul & Andy Phlegar and 5 step grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sister, Judy Powell.
A Celebration of Terry’s life will take place on Saturday February 13, 2016 at 2:00 PM at North Raleigh United Methodist Church, 8501 Honeycutt Rd, Raleigh, NC 27615.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the charity of one’s choice in Terry’s name.
