I knew Larry because my father, Richard Procter, worked for Berks Title for many years, and when Earl Frankhouser, Sr. was around, his office and Berks Title were almost like "family" with picnics and parties.  I also worked in the Recorder's office for a summer job.  I remember Larry as being kind and friendly.  The names,   Olivia Rhinehardt, Don Kline, and John Koch come to mind as Larry's co-workers; there were others. God bless us all, and rest in peace, Larry.

Larry, R.I.P., I worked at the court house  summers during high school, and got to Larry well. My father, George M. JONES, jr. Knew him for many, many years  working in the  Title Searchers department.  They were great friends. I was his neighbor for a while, when I lived on W. OLEY, AND SAW HIM PLAYING ONE OF THE three Kings in a church production. He was a great guy. Just want you to know that   he had many friends who are sorry to hear of his passing.

I am one of the NAT students at BCTC, I met Larry during clinical and he was a great guy and always made me laugh. It was a great experience getting to work with him and we will all miss him. It was so amazing getting to know Larry! We all loved him. Sing your heart out, Larry. I'll always remember you.

May you rest in peace and have as much fun in heaven as you had with us back at the courthouse from when I started with the Credit Bureau and Conestoga. He loved to get people with fake snakes, bugs and mice. Also loved to scare people at Halloween with mask. Had many a fun lunch with him and Keith. We were like a team together at lunch. I also remember seeing you at church and enjoyed hearing you sing. Some day I will see you again in heaven. God bless you.

I am  Larry's cousin,Sandra Phillips Barnhart, Earl's daughter.  Although the cousins have not stayed close after the deaths of our fathers, I would see Larry at the court house on my many visits there for the bank. My thoughts and prayers go out to Nancy and the Phillips family.

Gosh, I can't believe you have been called home. I met Larry when I was 17 and working at Berks Title Ins. Co. I am now 61 and have cut Larry's hair since 1976. We were neighbors, he was my best man and remained friends forever. God rest your soul and be at peace thru eternity.
