I really enjoyed working with Mickey at the Lords Table and listening to her great stories. What a great person.

You taught the essential elements to a good fish story in the fishing minicourse in high school.;) I am grateful to have known your friendship and quiet strength then and later at the cabin in Warner Valley. You will be badly missed but never forgotten. Joe Stricker Class of 75

Mary, Laurie, and Denise. I had the incredible privilege of meeting your mom in YCC as a teenager. I learned to appreciate and respect our environment because of this experience. I then taught while Willie was a Counselor at Los Molinos HS. I watched as she compassionately and expertly guided the teens there. We commuted together daily and I learned from her nonjudgemental and caring ways and this has carried through as I have grown as an adult and parent. I will miss her greatly. Forever our Willie!

I have carried the memory of your positive spirit and beautiful smile with me for years. You were such an integral part of my high school life, and I know I am not alone when I say you played an essential role in who I am today. Thank you, my friend. May you rest in peace.

Mary, Laurie and Butch; My heart goes out to you. I was so happy to find Willie again, about one year ago. This loss is a painful one. This beautiful woman touched so many young lives. Mary D. Mercy/1966-70

Willy, I am forever greatful that you were part of my Mercy life. A hero in my heart and one of our fallen Warriors. Angela Nelson Pflager.
