

Clarice Joan Meyer, known by most as “Acey”, passed away Sunday, February 20th with family by her side. Clarice was born in Everett Washington on May 23, 1937. She moved to Red Bluff in the mid 1960’s, where she has lived ever since. She worked many years at Lassen Lumber, Hoyt electric and later owned and managed rental properties in Red Bluff. Clarice loved to travel, and was fortunate to travel the country and the world with her children and grandchildren. Clarice was very creative and loved to do crafts and crochet. She collected dolls and built elaborate miniature dollhouses. Clarice was a loving and loyal friend and always put her family first and she adored her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her long time partner, and Red Bluff resident, Frank Hoyt.
Clarice is survived by her two daughters, Stacy Pearce of Red Bluff and Debra Berrett of Suisun, her two grandchildren Paige Pearce and Kaden Pearce of Red Bluff, her sister Barbara Colliers, niece Tracy Colliers and nephew Trent Colliers, all of Snohomish, WA. As per Clarice’s wishes, no funeral services will be held.
