Irene "Babe" Lucelle Jacobs was born on June 15, 1931 in San Francisco to Irene Torres. She married Clifford Jacobs and moved to the Red Bluff area where they lived for 46 years.
She passed away peacefully at home with her husband and son by her side on April 20, 2012.
