Joye I. Walker born in Riverside, California passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2013 in Red Bluff. She was 78 years old. She left behind two sisters, Carolyn Ramsbatcher and Audrey Marin. She is also survived by her children Sheryl Cadotte & Sherman B Walker. She was a Grandmother of seven, and a Great-Grandmother of nine, and also left behind her kitten Tootie, plus very good friends to her and the family, Patricia and Wilmer McKinney.
