Margaret Morgan, a long time resident of Red Bluff, Ca., died Thursday morning on March 27, 2014, in the home of her youngest son, Roger Morgan, in Redding, Ca.
Born in St Joseph, Missouri, in 1913 to Anna Mabel Wilcox & Howard James Brasington. The family moved to California when she was six months old.
Margaret recently celebrated her 100th birthday with family and friends. One of her greatest joys was being a member and dancing with the Belles & Beaus for many years. She also enjoyed making ceramic dolls and sewing.
Margaret married George Charles Morgan, Sr. on August the 3rd, 1939. George passed away on December 30, 1981, in Red Bluff, Ca.
She is survived by five of her seven children. Larry (Barbara) Salsbury, (George (Marge) Morgan, David (Norma) Morgan, Roger (Carla) Morgan, and Dorinda Morgan. She was preceded in death by Robert Morgan and Sue Beth Morgan. She is also survived by Patricia Morgan, the widow of Robert Morgan.
The Services will be held April 11 at 11:00 AM, in Red Bluff at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. A viewing will be prior to the service from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the church.
