On December 27, 2012 Frances went home to be with her Lord and Savior. She was surrounded by family, and holding the hands of her two daughters.
Frances was born on September 26, 1923 to Nettie and Jess Goodman in Mangum, Oklahoma. She attended City View High School, graduating as Valedictorian in 1941. After graduation she married Arnold Richard Aebischer and later moved to California, where they raised their three children Jesse Aebischer of Red Bluff, LaVerne Becker of Red Bluff and Jean Reinders of Placerville.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents Nettie and Jess Goodman, her husband of 58 years, Richard Aebischer in 1999, and her son Jessie Aebischer in 2004.
She is survived by her brother Jack and Lilly Grace Goodman of Mangum, Oklahoma, her daughters LaVerne and Gary Becker, Jean and Rene Reinders, and long time companion Clarence “Vic” Wabbel; grandchildren, Gary Dewayne Becker and Annalisa, Debbie and Dan Weiss, Deanna and Eric Osenga, Darla and Todd Memmott, Dora Jean and Dan Robinson, Norma and Leonard Like, Carol and Tony James, Seana and Mark Hartsell; great-grandchildren, Erin, Breanna, Austin, Sarah, Secilee, Makaela, Jacob, Jesse, Noah, Montana, Abby and Josie; and great-great-grandson Cayden.
Prior to moving to Red Bluff, Frances and Richard lived in Monte Vista, California where Frances worked for Lockheed Air Craft Corporation. They moved to Red bluff in 1968 and pursued their love of raising quarter horses. Frances loved to garden, spending quality time with her family and in her 80’s took up the game of bowling with her companion Vic.
In August 2012 Frances moved into Lassen House where she made many good friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
