Her parents were Charles and Virgie Dorrough. She is survived by her brother Charles Dorrough and her daughter Lisa Collins Perry. Her grandchildren Denita Coker, Capri Coker, and Ryan Coker, Mackensie Perry and Ian Perry. Along with several nieces and nephews.
Betty was surpassed in death by her parents, husband Cecil Collins, and her sisters Sue and Patty, brother James, and daughter Loralie Coker.
Betty was the mother of two daughters. Once the children were adults, she then went to work at Shasta regional hospital in housekeeping.
Betty enjoyed many weekends camping and hunting with the family, and with playing pinochle with her friends.
