My deepest condolences to the Blake familty: Sue, Kyle and Travis. Deeply Bruce was a good man, a true brother in Christ. My fondest memories of Bruce were the company Christmas parties where Bruce read the account of Christ according to the book of Luke, emphasizing the true meaning of Christmas.  Though he and Sue gave gifts and played festive games like the white elephant,  the greatest gift they gave was God's word. I have no doubt he is with the Lord. Thank you Bruce for the "gift" may it never return void.

Bruce was so wonderful, always so kind. I remember him comimg to my house with another classmate and we would write plays and practice them and build sets, then the teacher would let us put on the play. I remember one was Hansel and Gretel . I of course was the witch. I truly believe he was my very first crush!! He will be missed. My heart goes out to his loved one, god bless

I was close to Bruce at Las Lomas high and he lived a short bike ride from my house.  He was an amazing friend and positive influence on my life even back then.  Bruce loved god and proudly wore it on his sleeve and in all of his actions.  He had an infectious laugh and HUGE smile and used both to bring joy to everyone around him.  Bruce never followed the herd but instead tried to demonstrate his faith and set an example to all those around him.  

So sad hearing of his passing.  My deepest condolences to his sisters who I knew, and what I’m sure was a great family he created (that I didn’t know).

When I was thinking of puppy names, Bruce came to mind over the past few weeks before I learned of his passing.  I wanted a name that was represented by the kind of character of someone I knew or knew of.  Funny as the name Bruce was a favorite of all and when I told them I knew the best guy named Bruce in high school.  He was so kind, sweet, funny, lit up the room with his presence and everyone loved him.  After hearing about Bruce, when I picked up my new puppy this weekend the name that he responded to the most was Bruce!   I hope this brings a smile to all of you, knowing he was honored in a silly way but one I know Bruce would love!  

He is a Newfoundland :-)

Am saddened to hear this,  he was the nicest guy,  never had a bad thing to say about anyone,  RIP dear classmate 😥

I have so many memories with Bruce. He was always so kind and thoughtful. My husband had a terrible accident 6 years ago. Bruce got in touch with me to offer support and love.  He was such a genuine person.  I am praying and sending love to his family.

I knew Bruce in High School. When I think of Bruce, I see his smile., I feel his kind, gentle spirit and am saddened by his loss. 
My heart goes out to his family and friends.

I went to high school with Bruce and adored him. He was one of the nicest guys I ever met and filled the room with joy every time he walked in. I wish I could join his celebration of life but my heart and prayers are with all of you.
