Charles Willard Ruyle was born on June 8, 1936 of parents Paul E. and Effie M. Ruyle. His childhood was spent in Pine Valley, Oklahoma and when he was 9 years old, the family moved to the Bay area and settled there for many years. He moved to Fall River in 1979 and worked as a custom drapery installer.
He met the love of his life Jeanne M. Sims, and married in 1953. They had three children and it can be said that Charles was very family orientated and as a family, all went boating and fishing at Whiskeytown Lake. Charles was loved by all who knew him and will be missed deeply by his wife, children, 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
