I don't ever remember my aunt Betty telling my cousins and I to behave or not do something. She was always kind and fun loving around us.

Her love of life and what a very special person she was. I always remember her talking & telling stories when the family was together. Everyone

My favorite Memory of Betty is....
Betty's grandson Mark and I drove up
from Vegas about 3 yrs. ago to surprise
"nana." Mark called her on the phone as we waiting outside her & grandpa's apartment.
She was so shocked when she opened the
door. It was the first time I'd ever met
"nana" and I'll tell you....she made me
feel as if I were part of her family.
I remember her beautiful smile as she
told me stories of Mark, when he was
younger. She was such a wonderful person
& will always have a special place in my
heart. :) Cat (Mark's girl)

My favorite Memory of Betty is....
The retreats at Mt. Hermon. We had so much fun being silly. Playing tricks
and pranks on our friends & family.
We hid in the bushes, put boxes of
crackers in front of doors, knocked &
ran! (We had taken the bottom out of the box..crackers all over floor!)We
grew in our faith and love of Jesus. Having her red hair was special,
and she had the best smile and sparkle
in her eye. I feel blessed to have known her and I will look forward to seeing her again in the future. Love,
Donna

My favorite Memory of Betty is....
A day on the lake with Fritz & Betty.. After a beautiful day & lots of food & fun; Todd and Mike had to carry Betty
out of the woods, on their shoulders. Betty was smiling. She knew she was the queen. Today she is looking down &
knows, she is still the queen.

My name is Lucian Geoffrey Rockwell, and i was named after my great Uncle Lucian. I had the opportunity to visit Betty and Fritz in Monrovia with my Father Rudy Rockwell and my mom Joanna, in 1991. I remember her always smiling and winking and being a generally happy person, and made our stay with her very fun and eventful. Rest in peace Betty, from the Rockwell's (Jennifer, Grace, Nicholas, and Cameron) of Minot, North Dakota

"Mommie Dearest," I am so missing your sweet smile, when I looked down at your precious face. Now I am looking up at you and Dar, and you are both smiling down at me. And I look up everyday. I Love you Mom and Dar.

I think of Betty always with a smile on her face and a heart filled with love and kindness. She seemed to make one feel as though they were the most important person in the room. Such a gift to all who were fortunate enough to know her.
