Marilyn Puffer Loucks passed peacefully December 28, 2022, after a short illness. She was born on February 15, 1941, to Harold Puffer and Ethelyn Roberts in San Luis Obispo. Marilyn moved to Redding as a child, graduated from Shasta High School, married, and had four children. She is survived by her daughter Veronica and son-in-law Rob Adams, son Duayne and daughter-in-law Denise Loucks, son Tad and daughter-in-law Cheryl Loucks, and son Stacy and daughter-in-law Cyndee Loucks, 14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Marilyn enjoyed being involved in Native Daughters of the Golden West, The Shasta Historical Society, The Red Hat Society, and was involved in her SHS class reunions for many years. Marilyn treasured her family and lifelong friends and will be greatly missed.
