Sidney Alexander Trevvett was born 12 November 1938 to Patricia and David Trevvett in Berkeley California. Sidney passed 11 June 2019 with his loving wife Corkey at his side leaving a Son David, Granddaughter Brittany Hutchins and Great Granddaughter Syndey Hutchins.
Sid was a dedicated family man living life to the fullest enjoying spending time outdoors fishing and hiking with his family to traveling here and abroad with his wife and close friends. Some of his fondest memories were the “great Trevvett family reunion of 2007”, large family dinners, flying kites on the beach and special trips to the ice cream store with his granddaughter. Sidney regaled in stories of trips to Europe and Alaska with laughter, enthusiasm and, tears as he painted vivid pictures of their adventures. Time spent with Sidney whether home or traveling were a blessing to all and will live in our memories forever.
Sid's calling to serve God began at an early age when became an Alter Boy at All Saints Episcopal Church in Carmel California. His calling to serve God lasted throughout his life with both he and his wife Corkey serving in various capacities in the church all his life. Sidney was blessed with a wealth of loving friends and true love giving to others in need without condition or want of compensation or recognition. He was a true man of faith who served god, He epitomized Luke 6:13 “do unto others as you have them do unto you”. His life was both a gift and blessing to us all, called home much too soon.
