William was born on October 11, 10962 in Redding, California and went to meet the Lord on May 2, 2013.
He worked at Bob's Floor Covering with his father and later had Robert's Services.
He was a loving son and father.
He is survived by his daughter, Felicia; son, Jason; four grandchildren; his parents, Bob and Beverly Roberts and sister. Vickie Alcon. He was preceded in death by his sister, Robin Lillibridge.
