Alberta Virginia Knight

KNIGHT, Alberta V., 86, of Sandston, passed away Sunday, June 30, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray L. Knight; and her son, Stuart W. Madison. Mrs. Knight was a longtime member of Highland Springs Church of the Nazarene and a charter member of Sandston, Va. Chapter 569 Women of the Moose. She is survived by her sons, Leonard R. Madison (Brenda) and Charles E. Madison (Dorothy); grandchildren, Diana Mitchell, Robbie Childress, Josh Madison, Rick Madison, Theresa Madison, Megan Mitchell, Debbie Dubiel, Rossa Madison; 13 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Monday, July 1, 2013 from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23860, where a funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 2, 2013. Interment will follow in Riverview Cemetery.
