She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Ronnie Hook; a son, Barry Lashway, Jr. (Patricia); daughter, Lisa Martin (Burt); ex husband, Barry Lashway, Sr. (Annette); stepdaughter, Tina Avery; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Katherine Abell (Gary); and a large circle of extended family and friends, including her best friend, Debbie Ferguson.
“Dukie” Ann Hook was a member of the elks for over 30 years, serving as acting chaplain, post 1665. She was a caregiver for many family and friends and was also a member of the V.F.W. Post 2572, as well as the American Legion. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
