Annie Blackburn McPherson

Annie B. (Blackie) McPherson, 97, of the Masonic Home of Virginia, formerly of Hampton, Va., passed away November 21, 2013. She is predeceased by her beloved husband, William (Mac) McPherson. She is survived by her loving children, Michael A. McPherson, his wife Sandra, of Hampton, Va. and Frank A. McPherson, his wife Carole, of Gloucester, Va., grandchildren Malissa White of Richmond, Va., Clayton McPherson of Hampton, Va., Teresa O'Brien, her husband, Kevin of Lakeland, Fl. and Pamela McPherson of Gloucester, Va., her great grandchildren, Alabama White of Richmond, Va., Caedmon, Stephan, and Rikayah O'Brien of Lakeland, Fl., and Albany McPherson of Gloucester, Va. Annie returned to the Masonic home, where she lived throughout her childhood, in 2004. She was the founder, owner and operator of McPherson Printing in Hampton, Va. She will be missed. Memorial Service to be held at the chapel of the Masonic home of Virginia, 4101 Nine Mile Road, Richmond, Va. Wednesday November 27, 2013 at 2:00 pm. Interment will be in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Family has requested donations to the Masonic Home of Virginia in lieu of flowers.
