CAPECE, Austin Douglas, 20, of Richmond, passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2016. He slipped away suddenly to his final resting place while lying on his bed during the night. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Gale Capece. Austin is survived by his loving parents, Craig and Sherry Capece; his maternal grandparents, Larry and Nancy Barlow; and a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends, including several devoted, genuinely caring allies that were his best friends since childhood. Austin was born on September 15, 1995. He was a graduate of Varina High School. Austin also studied in the IBEW/JATC Apprenticeship Program and was a proud member of IBEW Local 666 in Highland Springs for Commercial and Industrial Electricians. He was a loyal companion, a kind and gentle soul who sought to help others when and wherever his support was needed. Only those closest to him knew he struggled with expressing his love, but his heart knew no bounds. A private memorial service was held on Thursday, January 21, 2016.
