Hall, Barbara Anne "Bobbi,” 82, of Sandy Spring, MD, formerly of Richmond, VA and Gladys, VA, passed peacefully on March 3rd, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Hall and Okie P. Thurman Hall; brothers, Rayford Hall and John Vernon Hall; and daughter, Kathy Lynne Hall. She is survived by her beloved partner of 37 years, Charles "C.P." Pastros; daughter, Kelly Lakey; son-in-law, Jerry Lakey; sons, Richard Hall and Thomas Hall; grandchildren, Samantha Lakey, Jerred Lakey, and Jillian Lakey. Bobbi loved playing guitar, singing country music, The Washington Redskins, and the Wheaton Moose where she was a member for 41 yrs. A graveside service will be held at Washington Memorial Park, Sandston, VA., on March 7, 2014 at 3:30 p.m. All arrangements were handled by Nelsen Funeral Home, Richmond, Va.
