She is survived by her daughter Tracey Blount and her husband, George; sister, Lisa Palmore; and grandchildren, nieces and nephews. and a large circle of extended family and friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 South Laburnum Avenue, Richmond, VA 23231, US, on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 11:00 am.
