Bernice Kramer Parker

Bernice Kramer Parker, 84, entered into eternal sleep on November 9, 2013 at home in Biloxi, MS, where she resided with her son, Blane. She was born in Baltimore, MD, was a long-time resident of Henrico. She was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Biloxi. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earnest Neal Parker.Survivors are two sons, Scott Parker (Lora) and Blane Parker (Peggy); three daughters, Gail Martin (David), Sharon Walton (Curly), and Eileen Evans; eleven grandchildren, Scott, Tony, Jimmy, Kelly, John, Shawn, Lee, Amanda, Chris, David Neal and Cortney, and nineteen great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends Friday, November 15, 2013 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Avenue, Richmond, VA 23231. A funeral service will be conducted on Saturday 11:00 a.m.November 16 at St. John’s Catholic Church, 813 W. Nine Mile Rd, Highland Springs, VA 23075.
