Billy Joe Whitaker

WHITAKER, Billy Joe, 52, born July 29, 1966, went to be with the Lord on June 10, 2019. He is preceded in death by his parents, Phillip and Carolyn Whitaker; siblings, Butch and Tootsie; and sister in law, Karen. He is survived by his two sons, Little Billy and Cody; grandson, Cody Jr., siblings, Patricia (David), Barbara, Sandy (Cheryl); and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. The family would like to give a special thank you to Curtis and Angie Parr for all of their support. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 14, 2019 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va, 23231, where a service will be held on Saturday, June 15 at 12:30pm. Interment will follow at Washington Memorial Park, Sandston, Va.
