She was preceded in death by her parents, Douglas Sr., and Evelyn Martin; and a great nephew, Caiden Martin.
Cathy was a bus driver for both Henrico and Hanover Schools and loved all of her kids. She loved going to the beach and being on the water, and especially spending time with her family.
She is survived by her loving husband, Calvin Barbee; brother, Doug Martin, Jr. (Priscilla); sister, Fran Gibbs (Casey); nieces and nephews; and a large circle of extended family and friends.
A Celebration of Life is to be determined at a later date.
