Charles G. Lange

LANGE, Charles G. Sr, 80, of New Kent , retired to Whitestone, Va., passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2013, at his residence. Retired from Dominion Resources, following 42 years of service. He served our country as a member of the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his son, Charles G. Lange Jr.; father, Fred Lange Sr.; mother, Mary A. Lange; brother, Fred Lange Jr.; and sister, Frieda Rodriguez. He is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, E. Faye Lange; his sister, Eleanor Wright; his children, Debra Lange Heller (Jim), Carl G. Lange (Natalie), Charles C. Lange (Kelly); six grandchildren, Chris, Ashley, Christian, Natasha, Logan, Chas; one great-grandchild, Jackson, and many loving nieces and nephews. He is also survived by two loving pets, Sugar and Spice. He was a member of St. John's Catholic Church, and was in the Knights of Columbus and served as Grand Knight prior to retiring to Whitestone, Va. A graveside service will be conducted Saturday, November 30, at 12:30 p.m. in Washington Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Hospice of Virginia, or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
