Charles Francis Safley III “Chuck”, 62, of Henrico, suddenly passed away on March 16, 2014. He is survived by his mother, Eunice Newby Stickler; brother, Granville Leslie Stickler (Lindsay); daughter, Heather Dawn Safley; step-son, Dylan Tate Jacob; and many cousins, family members, and friends. Chuck was a dedicated son, brother, father, and friend. He was a former state billiard champion, cyclist, and tennis player. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 20, 2014 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S.
