Best, Diana, “Donna”, 66, of Sandston, departed this life on Saturday, December 21, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Robert “Moose” Best; her loving parents; and her “baby brother” Bill. Donna is survived by her devoted son, Jay Rhinehardt; daughter-in-law, Shannon; her two beautiful grandbabies, Jay-Jay and Mackenzie; stepbrothers, cousins, nephew, and extended family and friends. The family will receive friends on Thursday December 26, 2013, from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave. Richmond, VA 23231; where a chapel service will be conducted Friday December 27, 2013 at 2 pm. Interment in Oakwood Cemetery.
