Donna W. Steele, 71, of Sandston passed away on Friday, July 14, 2017. She was a graduate of William Fleming High School, Roanoke, VA and the Community Hospital of Roanoke Valley School of Nursing and a member of the Central Virginia Water Garden Club. The true loves of her life were her children and her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Pauline Wright; brother, Jimmy Pugh; and sister, Barbara Davis. She is survived by her husband, Richard Steele; daughter, Lesa Berlinghoff (Steve); son, Ricky Steele (Molly); and grandchildren, Kaitlyn Bevan (Rusty), Megan Steele and Maddison and Morgan Berlinghoff. The family will receive friends on Monday, July 17, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, VA 23231. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 18, at 1 p.m. at New Song Church, 7450 Colts Neck Road, Mechanicsville, VA.
