Dorothy P. "Dot" Buchanan

BUCHANAN, Dorothy “Dot” Painter, 100, of Henrico, passed away Sunday, October 21, 2018. She was the widow of Wilton “Buck” Buchanan; and was also preceded in death by her parents, Sidney and Martha Painter; her sister, Duluth Painter; and her brother, Lewis Painter. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Alan Davis of Mechanicsville; a niece, Connie Smith; and a nephew, Gary Painter, both of Harrisonburg. Dot was a longtime member of Oakwood Memorial Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, October 23, 2018, at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S.
