Weaver, Faye Simpson, 78, of Henrico, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Ashby Weaver. Faye was a member of Corinth United Methodist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Melinda Shores Moyer (Tommy); sister, Doreta Gilman (Lee); three grandchildren, Brandon, Taylor, and Derek Moyer; and a step-brother, William Slade (Betty Lou). A funeral service will be conducted Friday, March 6 at 2 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, VA 23231; where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service from 1-2 p.m. Interment will follow in Washington Memorial Park.
