

Frances Anne was born May 25, 1930 to the late Edna and Horace Binns. She was preceded in death by her first husband, John Marshall Humphries; and second husband, William Albert Robins; her sons, Mark and Kent Robins; her sisters, Jeanne Iris Gale and Elva Horace Jesse; grandson, Gerald E. Baker, Jr.; and great grandson, Adriano Mannino.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Marsha Clements (Ron), Penny Groome (Gordon), Shelly Hunkele (Tommy), and Teresa Robins. She also leaves behind nine (9) grandchildren: Ami McKinney (Kevin), Tiffany Robins, Jeffrey Groome (Rita), Micah Groome (Kristie), Kristina Blake (Charlie), Lesley Mannino (Philip), David Clements (Emily), Gabrielle Hunkele, Thomas Hunkele, Sarah Knick; twenty-two (22) great grandchildren: Gavin, Seth, Leanna, Pierce, Faith, C.J., Ethan, McKayla, Leah, Christian, Dane, Justin, Charlestyn, Matteo, Gianluca, Giuliana, Peyton, Heath, Hazel, Benjamin, Chandler, Gracie; three (3) great-great grandchildren: Callum, Holden, and Lakelynn who lovingly called her Bama; faithful loving friends, Betty Christiansen, Doris Marr, and Martha Lee Childress, who shared many memories.
Frances Anne was a member of Sandston Baptist Church where her pastor, Kevin Freeman, visited her often.
We will gather for a graveside service at Washington Memorial Park June 24, 2026 at 11:00 am. A reception will follow to celebrate Frances Anne's life at Nelsen Funeral Home Reception Center.
