Frances May Harlow

HARLOW, Frances May, 91, of Varina, went to be with the Lord on Friday, January 25, 2019. She is preceded in death by her husband, Emmett Russell Harlow Sr. "Crabman". She is survived by her children, Jean Sprouse (Roy), Evelyn Jackson (Billy), Nancy Conway (John), Mickey Harlow; 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandson. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va 23231 where a service will be held on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Washington Memorial Park in Sandston, Va.
