Frank Leo Jennings, Jr.

He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Leo Jennings; sister, Brenda Gale Jennings; and beloved Dalmatian, Petedog.

Frank retired from Dominion Energy VA as a serviceman. He enjoyed riding on his Harley, fishing, cooking out, and spending time with his family.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted wife, Jana Carlton Jennings; son, Michael Edward Carlton (Julie); grandchildren, Jacob Alexander Wagner (Hailey), Cohen Bradford Carlton, Thatcher Twill Carlton; great-grandchildren, Jonathan, Damon; mother, Leona Baldacci Jennings; siblings, Sandra Collins (David), Paul Jennings (Judy), Steve Jennings (Mary), Daniel Jennings (Susan); sister-in-law, Judy C. Jones (Sid); several nieces and nephews along with their spouses; a great niece a great nephew; as well as many cousins, friends, extended family members, and pets.

A gathering to celebrate Frank’s life will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, October 6, 2024 at The Groves at New Kent, 7860 Four Seasons Ridge Ln., New Kent, Va. 23124 in the Club House.
