He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Shirley B. Testerman; parents, William and Danie Testerman; sister, Louise Norris; and brother, Billy Testerman.
Fred retired from W.O. Grubb and was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineer Local 147.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Fred L. Testerman Jr. (Christine), Shirlene T. Harris (Chris); grandchildren, Brittany, Austin, Caylee, Collin, Brayden; and siblings, Ruby Jackson, Bob Testerman, Margaret Jackson, Ellen Thompson.
The family will receive friends on Friday, June 16, 2023 from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231, where a funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Washington Memorial Park.
