CAMPBELL, Frederick D., 74 of Richmond, passed away on January 30, 2015. Frederick was an equipment clerk for Henrico County Recreation & Parks and he continued to work as the care taker for Deep Bottom Boat Landing for over 40 years. He was a member of Fort Lee Baptist Church and the Ruritan Club in Varina where he served as a past Governor. Frederick is preceded in death by his brother, Richard D. Campbell and granddaughter, Nicole Campbell. Survivors include his children, Michael A. Campbell and wife, Barbara; Debbie Shepherd and husband, Ernie; David Campbell and wife, Tammi; Danny Campbell and wife, Trish; seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; and siblings, Robert and John Campbell, Julia Frank; his devoted sister Flo Bernstein; and his devoted friend, Kathy Thompson. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 3, from 10:00 – 11:00 am with the service to follow at 11 am. Services will be held at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave. Interment will follow at Washington Memorial Park, 6217 Memorial Drive Sandston.
