He is survived by his parents, Buzz and Linda Monroe; brother, Travis; special nieces, Laney, Briley, Truman and Oakley; and very special friends, Bill and Joan Engstrom; and a large circle of extended family and friends.
Buzz was a avid outdoorsman, and taught diving. He had many accomplishments over the years, owning his own dive shop, being a maintenance supervisor for CF Bank and various other endeavors, but he especially loved being around his friends and family.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11 A.M., Saturday, September 19, 2026 at Atlantic Avenue United Brethren Church, 160 Atlantic Ave., Franklin, PA., 16323.
