MILBY, Helen Rouse, 95, of Sandston, passed away on Monday, March 10, 2014. Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Willie D. Milby; son, Calvin D. Milby; sisters, Grace Livingston, Pat Crooks and Nellie Bew. She is survived by her daughters, Gloria Grosch (Richard), Helen Payne (Lewis); brother, William Rouse; six grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 11 nieces and nephews, and many other family members and friends. Helen retired from Legget-Meyers and Lucent Technology, and was a lifelong member of Sandston Baptist Church. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 12, 2014, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231, where a chapel service will be held Thursday, March 13, 2014 at 2 p.m. Interment in Washington Memorial Park.
