Jacqueline "Jackie" Dalbey Pitts

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dale H. Dalbey Sr. and Lucila Galang Dalbey.

Jackie attended Hanover County Public Schools and worked as a supervisor in the field of adult care. She took care of everyone her whole life. Jackie enjoyed cooking, cleaning, crafting, cracking jokes with everyone, and most of all, she enjoyed being around her nieces and nephews.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Ralph Bernard Pitts Jr.; siblings, Edward Dalbey (Tammy), Teresa Page (Stuart), Dale Dalbey Jr. (Sheila), Harry Dalbey, Marquita Joly (Charles), Virginia Robinson (Eric); numerous nieces and nephews; as well as a host of friends.

The family will receive friends on Monday, November 21, 2022, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231, where a funeral service will begin at 1 p.m.

Interment will follow in Westhampton Memorial Park.

A reception will be held after interment at the American Legion, 1717 Old Hanover Rd., Sandston Va. 23150. All are welcome to attend.
