Jacquelyn was born November 24, 1936 in Richmond, Virginia to the late George Albert Rader and Anne Luntsford Rader. She retired from Bell Atlantic (Verizon) as a computer operator. Jacquelyn was a giving soul who found great joy in being a mother, a grandmother, a great-grandmother, and a wife.
Left to cherish her memory are her devoted husband and the love of her life, James A. Horner Sr.; children, Kathy Morgan (Ray), James A. Horner Jr.; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, February 18, 2022 at Hardy Central Baptist Church, 4655 Darbytown Road, Richmond, Virginia 23231. Interment will follow in Washington Memorial Park, 6217 Memorial Drive, Sandston, Virginia 23150.
