BLACKBURN, Janice M., 78, of Bradenton, Fla., passed away on January 22, 2019. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, she moved to Bradenton in 2000 from Richmond, Va. She was predeceased by her loving husband Allen Blackburn; her parents, Vernon and Martha Baldwin; and her daughter, Amy Owens (Rusty). She is survived by her two sons, Anthony (Sara) Blackburn and Greg (Leah) Blackburn; her brother, Vern Baldwin; nine grandchildren, Cole Agner, Kayla Marlow (Cole), Kimberly Pinkston (Chris), Dalton Jackson, Mary Jackson, Angel Jackson, Wyatt Jackson, Ethan Blackburn, and Piper Blackburn; and three great-grandchildren, Ryleigh Marlow, Jordan Marlow, and Colton Pinkston. Visitation for family and friends will be 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, February 23, at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Avenue, Richmond, Va. 23231, followed by her Celebration of Life in the chapel. Inurnment will be in Washington Memorial Park, Sandston, Va.
