RAGLAND, Joan E. “Lyn”, 85, of Richmond, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 21, 2014. She is preceded in death by her husband, William E. Ragland. Mrs. Ragland is survived by her children, Robert Ragland “Bob”, Rhonda Gehrke (Jack), Roslyn Bottenfield (Wayne); grandchildren, Sarah, Heather; and great-grandson, August.
