PORTWOOD, Kettie C., 79, of Henrico, went home to our Lord on July 5, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Jack Carter and Bob Crouch. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Cecil Portwood; children, Gloria Clodfelter (John), Sandy Moss, Ricky Carter (Karen), Tammie Carter (Henry Sellers); six grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Gladys Grasberger (Charlie); brother, Tommy Mondy (Kim); and several nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 7, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231, where a funeral will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday.
