Linda Sue Crumpler

Linda Sue Crumpler, 71, of Richmond, Virginia, went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 10, 2025. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend who touched the lives of all who knew her with her warmth, humor, and love.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Olivine White Davidson and Sherman Davidson; her sisters, Sherry, Ann, Nancy, Marie, and Flo; and her beloved husband, Charles Crumpler.

She leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish her memory: her daughters, Stacy, Tracy (Ollie), Christina, Windy, and Dottie; her son, Rusty; and her grandchildren, Tommy, Ollie, Frank, Amber, Rebecca, Justin, Jessica, Joshua, Tanner, Jake, and John Michael. She was also blessed with great-grandchildren: Olivia, Levi, Atlas, Jaxon, Finn, and Elio, who brought her endless joy; as well as her best friend, Diane, with whom she shared many laughs.

Linda loved nothing more than being surrounded by her family and friends. She was the life of the party, always bringing laughter and love wherever she went. Her spirit was vibrant, her heart was full of kindness, and her presence will be deeply missed.

A celebration of Linda’s life will be held on Monday, February 17, 2025, at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 South Laburnum Avenue, Richmond, VA 23231. Family and friends are invited to a viewing at 12:00 PM followed by a service at 1:00 PM.

Linda’s laughter, love, and light will live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
