She was born February 12, 1931, to William and Lucy Snowa.
Lois was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother who will forever be missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Lucy Snowa; her brothers, Raymond Snowa, Pete Snowa, and William Snowa, Jr; and her sister, Evelyn LeCarpenter.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Darlene Uzel and her husband, Robert Uzel and her loving son, Gregory Pacheco and his partner, Sharon Kerrick; five grandchildren, eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren who will cherish her memory.
The family will receive friends Monday, August 10, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Virginia 23231. A procession will leave the funeral home at 12:30 p.m. for a graveside service at 1:00 p.m. at Washington Memorial Park.
